Summary
- Your calculator entries stay on your device. Every calculator runs in your web browser. Times, rates and names you type are never sent to our servers.
- Some calculators save your last entries in your browser's local storage so they are there next time. You can delete them with the Reset button or by clearing your browser data.
- If enabled, we use Google Analytics to understand which pages are used, and Google AdSense to show ads. These use cookies only with your consent where the law requires it.
Information we do not collect
We have no user accounts and do not ask for your name, email or payment details to use the tools. Anything you enter in a calculator is processed locally.
Local storage
The hours, time card, time, overtime and decimal calculators keep your most recent inputs (for example clock times,
breaks, rate and settings) in your browser's local storage under keys such as time-card:v1. This data
never leaves your device. We also store your cookie consent choice under consent.
Analytics
We may use Google Analytics 4 to measure visits, popular pages and approximate location (country or city level), using cookies or similar identifiers. We use Google Consent Mode: analytics storage is off by default and turns on only if you accept. Google describes its use of this data in How Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Website statistics (Cloudflare)
The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which may add its privacy-first Web Analytics to pages. It does not use cookies or collect calculator inputs; it records anonymous page views and performance data (such as page, referrer, country and load time). Advertising
We may show ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies to show ads based on your previous visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalised advertising at Google Ads Settings or learn more at aboutads.info. In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, advertising cookies are used only with consent collected through a consent message.
If you email us, we receive your email address and message and use them only to reply. We do not sell or share them.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA or India's DPDP Act), you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data and to withdraw consent. Because the calculators keep your data only on your device, you can delete it yourself at any time. For anything else, contact [email protected].
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
